Hello,

I am an obsessed collector of garments, embroideries and textiles from different cultures and eras. My interests, research and studies include millinery, shoe and bag making, weaving, embroidery and various surface techniques for textiles.

I am a graduate of the London College of Fashion, hold an MBA from the University of Liverpool and am a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.

For the last ten years, I have taught in Istituto Marangoni, London and Mumbai and am currently teaching short courses in the University of the Arts. I also lecture in other Institutions about CSR and lean manufacturing processes for the apparel industry.

I have worked on all levels of the market from lower to couture and am currently consulting and training with factories on production and manufacturing processes

Having worked and taught in the fashion industry for the last 35 years I have witnessed hundreds of times how frustrating it is for designers to be unable to create the exact garment they have imagined.

This is why I decided to pass on my knowledge to fashion professionals and help them realise their passion.
